This will be either a full-time, hybrid role with a versátil work schedule, offering 3 days in a local European office and 2 days from the comfort of your home. Or a fully remote role working from the comfort of your home dependent on your location.

Lead and manage multiple, complex implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB, Mid-Market) managing timelines and client expectations while making decisions on project execution and escalating significant scope changes (approx. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Deliverect platform,



and provide hands-on support during and post-implementation to resolve technical issues (approx 30% of the time). Fluency in English is required & any additional languages are a plus. ~A proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB, mid-market or enterprise clients. ~ Familiarity with logging and error monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Sentry) and the ability to delve into logs to troubleshoot. ~ Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is preferred.
