Our client is looking for a results-driven Inside Account Representative bilingual in German to work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities. You’ll manage the entire sales process for a range of customers, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to closing the sale.

Languages:

- Bilingual proficiency or equivalent in German
- Full professional level of English

Main Responsibilities

- Manage the complete sales cycle for transactional deals, from prospecting to closing
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop target account strategies, driving customer retention, cross-selling, and up-selling across recurring services
- Build strong connections with key client influencers, supporting customers and ensuring seamless technology adoption
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and utilize data analytics to track performance, identify expansion opportunities, and refine strategic decisions

Core Skills/Experience

- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or direct customer-facing roles, with a history of meeting quotas and managing pipeline activity
- Education: A Bachelor´s degree would be a plus




- Solid experience of the full sales process, remote/digital selling methodologies, and consultative cross-selling, ideally with exposure to recurring revenue or service models
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and business development
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools, combined with a strong curiosity to adopt emerging AI technologies to optimize daily workflows and customer interactions
