We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

- Own end-to-end ITIS solution architecture including scope, services, transition, operations, and identification of cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Act as design authority ensuring alignment across teams and subject matter experts
- Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions, support RFP/RFI responses, pre-sales engagements, and contribute to cross-sell/up-sell strategies that enhance customer value and revenue growth.
- Define Target Operating Model (TOM), service catalog, and delivery framework
- Design ITIL-based service processes including incident, change, problem, and service request
- Lead multi-tower architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center, and security domains
- Drive transformation roadmap including automation, consolidation, and cost optimization
- Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions and support presales activities ? WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE?
- AWS, Azure, GCP
- Microsoft 365, Intune, VDI/DaaS
- SD-WAN, SASE, LAN/WAN
