- Support analysis of FX business processes and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.·
- Assist Product Owner and dev team in backlog refinement and prioritisation.·
- Run functional tests and validate releases to ensure production stability.·
- Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.·
- Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery.Requirements·
- Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional-level English.·
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.·
- Demonstrated ability to write clear,



well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.·
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills.Valuable experience (nice to have)·

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.·

Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions.·

- Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers).·

Experience defining contracts, error handling and non-functional requirements for APIs.·

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman.
