Requirements · Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional-level English. · Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. · Demonstrated ability to write clear,



well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria. · Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills. Valuable experience (nice to have) · Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. · Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions. · Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers). · Experience defining contracts, error handling and non-functional requirements for APIs. · Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman.
