Our Customer Experience team is the voice that guides our users every step of the way, making sure they always get the most out of Factorial. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience Operations team (Revenue Operations team focused in aftersale). You’ll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining automation systems across all the Customer Experience team (Client Onboarding, Account Management, Customer Support, Retention and Expansion, Consultancy, etc).

This includes working with tools like HubSpot and Zapier, collaborating with stakeholders across the revenue funnel, and supporting the development of scalable, cross‑functional processes. This role is perfect for someone structured, hands‑on, and curious — someone who loves to solve operational puzzles, understands the impact of automations and business growth, and thrives in fast‑paced environments. Execute high-impact automation projects across CX — powering the scalability of our CX engine Design, build, and optimize workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, and other platforms, driving real‑time impact on customer journeys and more Integrate third‑party systems into our ecosystem,



ensuring seamless data flow and logic across the RevOps tech stack Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and own continuous improvement with a focus on scalability and resilience Collaborate cross‑functionally with RevOps, Data, and Finance teams to align automation efforts with business goals Proficiency with HubSpot — you’ve built and optimized automations ~ Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or tools like Make or Zapier ~ Clear communication skills — both in writing and verbally — to explain technical concepts to non‑technical teams (English and Spanish) Experience working in a B2B SaaS company Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or Asana for project and workflow management Familiarity with JavaScript (or similar scripting language) to create custom‑coded workflows or automation logic when needed Alan as private health insurance Save expenses with Cobee Breakfast in the office and organic fruit At Factorial, we’re building the leading AI Business Management Software for companies of all sizes.
