• Access Management architecture. You will not inherit old legacy databases or messy migrations

• You will work closely with the Systems Team, supporting the team's structure (1 Director, 1 Coordinator), and act as the strategic bridge between Legal, Security, and Infrastructure.ð Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.Cross-Department Partnership: Act as the main point of contact and align access governance policies with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure teams.AI &

• Access Management (IAM) environments.Have IAM Core Knowledge: deep understanding of identity governance, automated provisioning, lifecycle management, and directory structures.Familiarity with modern automated SaaS management tools, agile methodologies, and leveraging AI (or tools like YepCode)
