We are looking for a Senior/MID .NET Backend Engineer / Tech Lead to join a high-performing engineering team building large-scale backend platforms that support mission-critical digital products. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will combine software engineering excellence with architectural ownership, technical mentoring, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. You will play a key role in defining backend architecture, leading technical decisions, and delivering scalable cloud-native solutions while remaining actively involved in software development.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and .NET Core . Architect and build high-performance REST APIs and event-driven microservices.



Mentor software engineers and support their technical growth.

Design API contracts and data models for distributed systems. Build resilient, cloud-native applications running on Microsoft Azure. Optimize database performance and data modelling using NoSQL technologies.

Promote software quality through testing, automation, and continuous improvement.
