Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Sabadell.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess individuals’ physical, cognitive, and sensory abilities, and design personalized treatment plans to improve functional independence in daily activities at home, school, and work.

Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based interventions, guiding clients through therapeutic exercises and activities, and adapting environments or tools to support their participation.



The role involves close collaboration with medical and rehabilitation teams, regular communication with families and caregivers, and documentation of progress, outcomes, and care plans.

The Occupational

Therapist will also contribute to prevention and education initiatives, support pediatric and adult clients, and ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to assess needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Knowledge of Medicine and related clinical practices to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Expertise or interest in Pediatrics to support children and adolescents in developmental and functional areas.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, caregivers, and colleagues, and for clear documentation.
- Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy and current professional registration or eligibility according to local regulations.
- Experience in clinical, hospital, school, or community-based occupational therapy settings is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage caseloads efficiently, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Commitment to person-centered care, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards.
