Campaign management – Execute and optimize campaigns, ensuring performance meets client and internal objectives. Team management – Oversee and develop a small team, setting and monitoring objectives while providing guidance and training.

Process adherence – Ensure team compliance with operational best practices and workflows, proactively providing feedback for continuous improvement Ensure that the team is consistently providing quantitative and qualitative data to the Client Success team, assisting in the correct interpretation of metrics and issue resolution.
