This role serves as the operational hub connecting global branches, after-sales teams, and logistics partners — ensuring parts availability, order accuracy, and supply chain efficiency across the region.
Operations
Planning & Core Operations Drive monthly and annual overseas spare parts operation plans; decompose business targets into actionable milestones and track full-cycle execution. Deliver and report on core operations including inventory turnover, parts availability rate, order fulfillment rate, and on-time delivery performance.
Order
Management & Warehouse Operations Own end-to-end spare parts order processing: order verification, inventory allocation, picking/packing coordination, and delivery tracking. Standardize warehouse workflows (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping) to ensure accurate, on-time, and complete order delivery with full closed-loop process management. Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Stakeholder
Coordination & Issue Resolution Act as the primary operational contact for global overseas branches, ensuring timely response to orders, inquiries, and escalations. Partner closely with overseas after-sales teams to identify operational bottlenecks in ordering, inventory allocation, and logistics. implement standardized corrective actions to continuously elevate integral after-sales service quality.
Data-Driven Inventory Optimization Leverage multi-dimensional data (warehouse inventory levels, installed machine base, parts failure rates, historical order trends, seasonality) to optimize demand forecasting and replenishment strategies.
Continuously refine inventory structure, reduce stock backlog and obsolescence, and improve overall inventory efficiency and cost performance.
Supply Chain Collaboration
Collaborate with overseas manufacturing sites and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to monitor production schedules, shipment status, and inbound timelines.
Requirements &
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields. At least 4 years of professional experience in spare parts operation, global warehouse management, cross-border order operations or after-sales supply chain. Have data analysis and forecasting capabilities to support inventory optimization. Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). Familiar with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and financial risk control. Fluent in written and spoken English for independent global business communication and alignment. Cross-functional and cross-department collaboration skills to align internal teams, overseas factories and external vendors.
