Are you passionate about customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a Sales Service Agent to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting guests and owners throughout their stay, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team.

As a key point of contact, you will represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused approach while contributing to the achievement of team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-arrival calls to guests, providing information and assistance prior to their stay.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints effectively.
- Support owners and guests with membership-related questions, bookings, and general requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotional programs.
- Qualify prospective clients and explain promotional terms and conditions in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Coordinate guest appointments and arrival times with the Sales Centre and Front Desk teams.




- Ensure all client issues are followed up and resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Deliver welcome packages to owners and ensure a positive arrival experience.
- Generate qualified prospects for sales presentations through professional communication and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain client referrals from both new and existing owners.
- Follow up on sales leads provided by management, as well as self-generated opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry developments.
- Meet and exceed performance targets established by the Sales & Marketing leadership team.

Requirements

- Fluent English or German is essential.
- Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
