Description: The service involves supporting the SAP migration project from ECC to S/4HANA across all project phases, followed by the implementation of additional functionalities available in the new version.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in internal and client workshops for process definition and follow-up of conclusions and action items. Prepare solution analysis documentation, including:
Business Blueprint documents Functional Design Specifications Other functional and project-related documentation Implement solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Support the deployment of new functionalities and process improvements available in S/4HANA.
Required Skills: Must-Have: Experience as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant.
Strong expertise in: SAP HCM PA/PY (Personnel Administration & Payroll) SAP HCM PT (Time Management) SAP HCM PD (Personnel Development) Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory). xhfqzwm Nice-to-Have:
