We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales and Business Development Lead to take ownership of our Iberian market, driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and further establishing Westernacher as a trusted SAP transformation partner in the region.

This is more than a sales leadership role. It is an opportunity to build, scale, and lead a strategic market within a globally respected SAP consulting organization.

Your responsibilities:

- Define and execute Westernacher's growth strategy across Iberia
- Build pipeline, win new business, and strengthen our market presence
- Develop trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and SAP
- Represent Westernacher in key customer and industry engagements
- Own revenue, pipeline, profitability, and overall market performance
- Drive deal strategy, negotiations, and successful customer outcomes
- Support team growth and talent development
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Westernacher's values

Your skills and experience:

- Proven experience in SAP consulting sales, business development,



or market leadership on the Iberian market
- Track record of growing revenue, building pipelines, and winning strategic accounts
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of SAP solutions and digital transformation trends
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel as required
