Design, develop, and test backend solutions that power our AI-driven debt collection platform — ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability as we bring cutting-edge AI into real-world operations.Implement highly scalable software architectures (microservices, event-driven systems, message queues) that allow us to handle thousands of communications every minute.Measure the impact of our system and ruthlessly optimize it to make it more effective and efficient.Collaborate closely with AI engineers to productionize their models, embedding intelligence directly into backend workflows and customer-facing features.Mentor and guide junior engineers,
