Document and maintain records of processes, configurations, or customizations, including initial requirements and basic process flows, to facilitate smooth communication with internal stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Fluent in English.

Knowledge of Spanish and/or French is required. At least 1-2 year(s) of relevant experience in ERP implementation, IT consulting, or business analysis. Strong internship or work-study experience in a related field will also be considered, provided you demonstrate a solid understanding of business processes and a proven ability to get up to speed quickly.
