Senior Business Developer (M/F) — IT Services

We are an IT consulting firm based in Spain, a subsidiary of ABSIS Conseil (a French IT consulting firm — €10 million in revenue).

With €1.5 million in revenue and strong growth momentum, we support major players on high-value-added projects, particularly in the insurance sector.

Automation (RPA, testing)

Data migration

Management of complex projects

IT architecture

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be at the heart of our development strategy.

Identify, qualify, and engage the right stakeholders (insurance companies, mutuals, brokers, etc.)

Manage complex sales cycles in a B2B environment

Proven experience in IT services sales (IT services firms/IT consulting firms)





Strong understanding of the insurance sector and IT challenges

Ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders

Fluency in Spanish required — French and/or English preferred
