Hello ? I'm Jack, VP of Design at Cleo. I'm excited to be growing the Experience Chapter as Cleo enters its next stage of scale.
We're a team of 50 designers, researchers and writers working at the cutting edge of AI. We care deeply about clarity of thinking,
creating exceptional end-to-end experiences and delivering high-quality work at every stage of the design process.
We've spent the past six months overhauling how great product gets made at Cleo, with the latest tools and models built into our process. Many of the team work directly in code, building our own design tools, creating high fidelity prototypes and shipping to production.
But, it's not only a process change - it's a product change. We're rethinking the UX of the product from the ground up, around fully agentic financial assistants that can run your financial life.
We expect our people to get genuinely close to the business, take real ownership of problems, and move comfortably between big picture thinking and the detail of making something incredibly good.
It's an exciting time to join: so much of this is being built for the first time ?
