Identify, secure, and develop new business opportunities, expanding market presence and increasing revenue.
Drive the promotion, positioning, and growth of the product portfolio, delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions to customers.
Lead quotations, negotiations, and commercial agreements, ensuring strong customer relationships and long-term partnerships.
Monitor sales performance, margins, and market trends, providing strategic insights to support business objectives and decision-making.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the chemical industry.
Proven knowledge of the Construction or CASE markets.




Background in chemical distribution.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of developing business and achieving results.
Ability to confidently present and defend technical solutions to key industry players.
Self-driven professional capable of delivering impact within the first months of joining.
Willingness to travel across Iberia, with approximately 30% of time dedicated to customer visits.
