Our client is a fast-growing HR technology company whose SaaS platform helps businesses streamline people operations from onboarding and payroll to performance and engagement.

Backed by strong recent growth, they are expanding their Madrid-based commercial team and looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing customers.

The Role
As Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a book of existing clients, responsible for retention, growth and satisfaction across the customer lifecycle. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Product and Sales to make sure clients get maximum value from the platform to identify opportunities to expand accounts.

What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of existing clients across Europe & US, acting as their main point of contact post-sale
Drive renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within your book of business
Build strong,



trusted relationships with HR and People stakeholders at client organisations
Run regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and platform value
Monitor account health, proactively address risk, and reduce churn
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to feed back client needs
Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in the CRM

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing revenue role SaaS experience strongly preferred
Experience within HR Tech, HRIS, or People/Talent platforms is a strong advantage
Fluent English (spoken and written) required; Spanish is a plus
Comfortable managing a portfolio independently, with a consultative, relationship-first approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, confident presenting to HR leaders and decision-makers
Commercially minded — able to spot growth opportunities without being purely transactional
