Responsibilities
Coach and develop SARI Managers (SIMs).
Drive industrial risk management and recovery activities.
Support Transfer of Work (ToW) and industrial readiness assessments.




Establish data-driven reporting, governance, and performance monitoring.
Lead stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
Extensive experience as a SARI Manager / SIM in aerospace.
Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading SARI teams.
Strong knowledge of industrial risk management, recovery plans, and ToW activities.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
English C1 level.
