MISSION
The MKS PAMP Group intends to establish PAMP.com as a direct-to-consumer channel across multiple integral markets. The role has ownership of the PAMP.com DTC channel from platform to customer, across both website and app, excluding B2B and institutional channels.
The role owns the end-to-end digital consumer experience for PAMP.com – the customer journey, UI/UX and transactional experience across web and app – blending technology with the objectives of a direct-to-consumer connection. This includes owning the Veriscan proposition within the DTC channel and integrating it into the customer experience. The MKS PAMP SA Marketing team retains ownership of brand positioning, communications and brand guidelines, with which this role must remain fully aligned.
The role sits within MKS PAMP SA as the brand guardian and will use the resources and skills of Bullion International Group (BIG) as the technical service provider, leaning on BIG’s established DTC best practices. The role will also draw on the wider Group functions (Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance,



Technology and Operations) and will collaborate with regional teams across all regions to develop region-specific solutions as the roll-out progresses.
The individual will be accountable for the PAMP.com P&L;, the success criteria and the financial model for the PAMP.com eCommerce roll-out. They will work closely with the MKS PAMP SA Marketing team to develop the brand positioning in line with the brand guidelines and with the marketing teams of Bullion International Group and MMTC-PAMP for expertise and support.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Roadmap
Define and implement the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy for PAMP.com and the phased roll-out roadmap, aligned with the brand and with the technical service provider
Develop the phased market-entry plan: UAE/GCC first, then European delivery in 2027, followed by North America, wider Middle East and Asia, with target dates agreed with the CEO
