Accountabilities





Implement and configure Salesforce solutions, including objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, permission settings, validation rules, and declarative automation using Salesforce Flows.

Build, maintain, and optimize integrations and automated workflows between Salesforce and other business applications.

Provide day-to-day support to end users by troubleshooting issues, resolving data inconsistencies, and performing necessary system updates.

Collaborate with internal teams to execute predefined requirements, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication of progress and outcomes.

Maintain high standards of database management, data integrity, and system performance across business applications.

Support global sales and operational teams by ensuring business systems remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs.
