Technical education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification).Proven professional experience in quality management within the automotive industry.Experience in customer quality management and direct communication with OEMs and Tier 1 customers.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis.-Good knowledge of automotive quality management tools and methodologies, e.g.
