The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Property Underwriter to join our growing team in Spain on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within QBE's Property business, underwriting a diverse portfolio of corporate,



mid-market and multinational property risks across Spain and wider European markets. Working closely with brokers, customers and colleagues across the business, you'll contribute to the continued growth and profitability of an important portfolio while helping to strengthen QBE's presence in the market.

Reporting to the Property Portfolio Manager, you'll work collaboratively with the wider Property Underwriting team, Risk Management and Market Management colleagues to deliver sustainable growth, exceptional service and strong underwriting outcomes.

In addition to underwriting complex property risks, you'll act as a technical point of reference within the team, sharing expertise, supporting best practice and helping to develop less experienced colleagues. The role offers significant exposure to multinational programmes, complex risks and strategic portfolio initiatives.
