- Support the sales team while driving new business growth across the DACH market
- Adopt a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions focused on the DACH market
- Own and develop a portfolio of accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM/ERP updates, follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Prepare and manage tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation
- Build long-term client relationships through post-sales support and solution-oriented selling
- Negotiate with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and maximize margins
- Provide hands-on customer support and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience

Requirements
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
- Experience in telesales and/or e-commerce environments is nice to have
- Background in sales and customer service, ideally within the IT sector, is nice to have
- Highly results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets
- German (spoken and written) is required




- Spanish and English are a strong plus
- Availability to work from Madrid; candidates already based in Madrid are preferred
- Eagerness to learn and ability to quickly understand new business and technical concepts
