Job DescriptionJob Ref ID: JR0081975YOUR MISSIONGlovo is hiring a Product Design Manager to join our UX team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering teams, all collaborating to drive cohesive, user-centered solutions. As a Product Design Manager, you'll guide and support a small team of Product Designers, working alongside the UX Leads to shape and elevate strategy for the Customer App.

Leveraging your expertise, you'll connect insights across projects, ensuring design excellence and cohesion. You'll proactively tackle challenges, lead impactful design initiatives to enhance UX's role, and contribute hands-on to projects to drive high UX standards across the team. Be part of the UX Leadership team, working alongside other leads to ensure quality and cohesion of practices across projects and pods.

Lead projects or initiatives, help define the strategy, objectives and set the vision for the user experience of our product. As a hands-on leader, you actively participate in project execution, addressing challenges, proposing solutions, and offering support to raise the bar and accelerate progress. For strategic projects, you take the lead in the conceptual definition and execution end-to-end.

Manage stakeholders, business priorities, and projects as well as help reports prioritize work ensuring the right balance of product and UX community-focused initiatives. Provide mentorship and leadership to talented ICs to improve performance and career advancement.



Understand the career development needs of each direct report, as well as the business needs of Glovo, and how to align both effectively and engagingly.

You will contribute and ensure the adoption of our Design System, supporting senior and junior peers doing so. QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDEYou have at least 8+ years of experience with end-to-end product design. You understand business goals and product metrics, think holistically, and can balance short-term needs while keeping an eye on long-term strategic goals.

You have experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and take an active role together with UXR ensuring the Product makes data-informed and empathic decisions. You have excellent spoken and written English, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You are a master of your craft with critical thinking, able to proactively jump in at any stage of the design process to help your team succeed.
