The candidate should have extensive and demonstrable experience creating any kind of 3D asset in different styles and pipelines specifically among the videogame industry. As a senior 3D Generalist artist, you will be responsible for the creation of different types of assets such as characters or environment props. As a senior it could be required to define the pipelines that will be followed in a project, assist leading the juniors and completing estimations or other documentation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Generate high quality models (both hard surface and organic) and textures from concepts and photos.




Interpret and push concept designs to the next level while bringing new ideas to the table.
Consistently achieve high quality visual goals while working independently as needed.
Work closely with designers to meet both gameplay and art direction needs.
Work closely with technical art to develop new or improve upon current techniques in order to enhance visual quality.
Assist the art director and lead artist in regards to finding solutions to more complex artistic and technical issues that arise.
Provide internal artists with artistic and technical guidance.
Serve as a mentor to more junior environment artists on the team by consistently creating artistically and technically sound work in engine.
5+ years experience and involved in various games.
Knowledge of the standard 3D packages, 3Ds max, Maya, Blender.
Proficient skills in illumination and RT rendering.
Some tech knowledge in engines like unity and unreal.
