The Role:
BrandBastion is looking for a strategic and commercially minded Account Director who deeply understands social media and can help leading consumer brands turn their social conversations into measurable business impact.
You will act as a senior strategic partner to social, marketing and customer care leaders, helping them connect BrandBastion’s platform and services to their wider business priorities.
You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, including the customer strategy, senior relationships, value realization, retention and growth.



You will be supported by our product, technical and operational teams on platform configuration, onboarding and workflow optimization, but you yourself should be very interested in understanding the platform and how it works.
What you’ll own:
Build trusted relationships with senior social, marketing and customer care leaders
Lead strategic conversations across paid and organic social, community, moderation, engagement, sentiment, customer care and brand health
Understand each customer’s priorities and develop a clear account strategy
Translate BrandBastion’s work into measurable impact and business value
Lead executive business reviews with insights and recommendations
Identify account risks and take action well ahead of renewal
Own retention, renewals and expansion across your portfolio
Identify opportunities to introduce additional BrandBastion solutions
Partner with product and technical sp
