Participate in customer calls to learn pains and needs, review code daily, and receive feedback on pull requests from all team members including juniors. Mentor junior team members and help them learn from your experience; Work with the team to ensure coding quality, performance, and architecture improvements within the Finance Domain.

Experience as a software engineer with a couple of years in the field. Backend experience with Ruby on Rails; frontend experience with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Polyglot developer with experience in multiple coding languages, CI/CD tools, and cloud technologies is valued. Strong communication in English and ability to work in a distributed, remote environment.
