INTEC Energy Solutions delivers best-in-class services in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Project Development, Consultancy, Operation & Maintenance, and New Energy Solutions.Envíe su solicitud a continuación después de leer todos los detalles y la información de apoyo sobre esta oportunidad de trabajo.With a globally experienced team, INTEC has managed over 200 projects and achieved an installed and secured capacity of more than 5 GW.As we continue to expand our project portfolio inAustralia and New Zealand , we are looking for an experiencedProject Planning & Controlling Managerwith a strong background inutility-scale Solar PV and BESS EPC projects .The successful candidate will be responsible for leadingproject planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and cost control , ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual milestones, approved budgets and overall project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage integrated EPC project schedules coveringengineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover .Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths and progress measurement methodologies.Monitor project progress against approved schedules and proactively identify delays, risks and deviations.Performcritical path and schedule impact analysesand develop recovery and mitigation plans.Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning activities within the overall project schedule.Review and monitor contractor,



subcontractor and supplier schedules.Manageproject cost control , including budgets, commitments, vigente costs and forecasts.Prepare and regularly updateCost-to-Complete (CTC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), cash flow and cost variance analyses .Integrate schedule, cost and progress data to provide a clear view of overall project performance.Prepare weekly and monthlyproject controls reports, forecasts, KPIs and management dashboards .Identify schedule and cost risks and coordinate corrective actions with project teams.Assess the schedule and cost impact of project changes and delays and supportEOT, variation and claim processes .Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial and Finance teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree inEngineering, Construction Management, Project Managementor a related discipline.Minimum8–10 years of experiencein project planning and controls within EPC environments.Proven experience in utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects is essential.BESS project experience is highly preferred.Advanced proficiency inPrimavera P6 .Strong knowledge ofproject scheduling, CPM, cost control, forecasting, EAC/CTC and progress measurement .Experience withEVM, delay analysis, EOT, change management and claims supportis highly desirable.Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. xsgfvud Fluent English and ability to work effectively within international and multicultural project teams.
