SharpLaunch is seeking an Implementation Manager to own onboarding and launch for new customers on the SharpLaunch platform. You will be the primary contact during implementation, moving customers from contract to launch quickly and smoothly.
This hands-on role requires excellent organization, strong client communication, and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously. You will coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving and reduce time-to-value for customers.
