Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview process management, feedback, offer support, and closing Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and other technical domains Identify, approach, and engage high-quality passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, market mapping, niche communities, and direct outreach Keep pipelines structured and ATS data accurate Track hiring activity, identify bottlenecks, and use data to provide clear updates and improve hiring outcomes Contribute ideas to improve the recruiting process, interview experience, sourcing strategy, candidate communication, and employer brand Proven full-cycle recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience,
