About the Role

They are seeking a Squad Technical Lead to guide an engineering squad in delivering innovative solutions with a strong focus on technical excellence. The squad works on features that power our B2C Loyalty Program in the Retail industries. This is a leadership role where you'll balance hands-on technical contributions with team coordination and product alignment.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions that are designed to last.




- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to align technical decisions with business goals and secure the team's commitment.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards remain high.
- Maintain high productivity while balancing product requirements, process improvements, and long-term sustainability.
- Act as a bridge between teams, facilitating communication and reducing friction to improve efficiency.

Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership position .
