SBS Swiss Business School Spain is an international business school offering BBA and MSc programs across its campuses in Barcelona and Madrid, part of a integral network headquartered in Switzerland. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Campus & Operations Coordinator to join our Madrid team.

The Campus & Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Madrid campus. This role ensures that everything works smoothly on a daily basis, connecting students, academic requirements, campus logistics and internal teams. This role is not strategic or academic decision-making, but execution excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campus operations & student support
• Coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the campus: classrooms, schedules, resources and spaces ready and operational.
• Act as the main operational reference point on campus, supporting the Campus Director in executing events and academic sessions.
• Coordinate on-campus arrival logistics and support students with practical needs during their first weeks, working closely with the Student Experience Lead.





Academic readiness & documentation
• Own the collection, verification and upload of student documentation into the academic platforms required by headquarters, ensuring completeness before program start.
• Coordinate with Student Services and Academics to confirm academic readiness and compliance; track pending documents and follow up proactively.

Note: this role does not evaluate academic performance or grades, only completeness and correctness of documentation.

Quality & Standards
• Ensure student documentation and academic readiness meet the standards required across the international network.
• Support consistency between campus execution and headquarters academic requirements.
• Proactively flag any deviation from documented processes to safeguard institutional quality.

Events & campus life
• Execute academic, social and institutional events on campus, coordinating logistics for guest speak
