Finance Transformation Overview:
Our Finance Transformation team is at the forefront of driving significant change within organizations. As we continue to expand our presence in Spain, we are leveraging our general success in delivering value-driven solutions to clients across industries.

You'll be part of a dynamic and growing team, blending industry expertise with cutting-edge consulting practices to deliver tailored finance transformation solutions that address the evolving needs of businesses worldwide.
In this role, you will provide assistance in a range of projects focused on operating model definition and transformation, company integrations, as well as the evolution of planning, budgeting, and forecasting models.
This role will also involve optimizing business processes, working capital, and billing operating models. Support our clients in the transformation of their Finance department in the era of AI and the optimization of their activities and processes / operating model
Develop the case-for-change, including a business case,



that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformation
Develop and implement financial operating models, leveraging technology solutions (e.G., ERP, RPA, AI-driven analytics)
Evaluate relevance of new technologies (e.G. around AI) and their impact on finance departments
Optimize Controlling & Steering - Conceptualization of management reporting powered by AI and analytics solutions, design of global controlling/forecasting concepts for our clients
Guide clients through finance modernization, including system implementations, data governance, and financial reporting enhancements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, xhfqzwm or a related field
~ Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or PMP (preferred but not mandatory)
~3-5 years of experience in finance transformation, financial consulting, or related fields
~ Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP standards, and financial controls
~ Experience working with finance transformation frameworks (e.G., Lean Finance, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies) (preferred but not mandatory)
~ Knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) (preferred but not mandatory)
~ Experience in banking consulting or financial services
~ Fluency in English (preferably C1 level)
