Junior Account Executive – DACH Market

Madrid (Hybrid) | Full-time | Permanent Contract | International SaaS Company

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company providing search technology that helps eCommerce websites increase sales. Operating globally since 2011, they work with online retailers worldwide and have a team of 33+ nationalities.

We're hiring a fluent German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the DACH market. This is a hunter role: outbound, cold-outreach-first, full-cycle sales. You will identify prospects, run a consultative sales process, and close deals — not manage inbound leads or existing accounts.

Location:

Madrid — hybrid, several days per week in-office. Candidates must already be based in or relocating to Madrid.

Compensation €30,000 base salary + €15,000 target commission (OTE €45,000)

Responsibilities Prospect and cold-call SMB clients within the DACH market Research client needs, challenges, and pain points before outreach Run a consultative sales process (MEDDIC methodology)



Build and present proposals; negotiate pricing and contract terms Manage your pipeline and provide accurate forecasts Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets

Requirements 1–4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally SMB-focused Full sales cycle experience: prospecting through closing Comfortable with high-volume cold calling C2 German, plus fluent English or Spanish Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) Valid EU work permit required Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid

Nice to have SaaS experience, ideally in eCommerce, search, or digital marketing Experience in a fast-growing tech scale-up Familiarity with MEDDIC or BANT frameworks Market research or competitor analysis experience What's on offer Permanent contract (Indefinido) €30,000 base + €15,000 OTE commission International team, versátil benefits system 22 days annual leave + Dec 24–31 as discretionary days Friday afternoons off Career development in a fast-scaling company
