We are looking for a Marketing Account & Strategy Lead to lead accounts end to end as part of a senior team: someone who manages the client relationship, defines the marketing strategy aligned with the strategy lead, coordinates the team involved and gets hands-on in the execution. Dedication: Full-time Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona) Length: Permanent Work model: Flexible, combining in-office work with teleworking What you will do Reporting to Management, your main responsibilities will include: Translate client needs into marketing strategic plans and proposals, building the marketing strategy and aligning it with the strategy lead.



Lead and execute marketing projects end to end: coordinate project managers, content, strategy and creative teams to guarantee delivery, and run parts of the project yourself. Take accountability for quality, margins and client satisfaction, not just on-time delivery.
Background & Skills 5 to 7 years in B2 B marketing or communication (tech or consulting environments are a plus), owning client relationships and coordinating teams.
