The role requires strategic thinking, excellent people skills, and a willingness to roll up sleeves to lead by example and get the job done.
Responsibilities

Oversee the core functionalities of the main TOS product, N4.
Design solutions that optimize workflows at container terminals.
Identify next steps for extending and improving integration solutions, gather requirements, specify design, and work with engineers to develop and validate new features.
Manage the user experience the end users have using our solutions.
Create a methodology to help partners integrate with Kaleris in a standard way,



reducing risk, effort, time, and resources.
Serve as the primary product owner for user interfaces used by dispatchers, planners, clerks, and equipment operators.
Collaborate with the Engineering department to develop new solutions and features.
Collaborate with the Testing department to create a meaningful test strategy for integration and automation solutions.
Maintain a passion for making the complex simple and creating exceptional products that non‑coders can implement and use.
