About the Role
As Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of the development, implementation and
optimisation of marketing activities across a diverse and strategically significant region.
You will leverage your understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics and cultural
nuances to create compelling marketing programmes that resonate with customers, strengthen
brand loyalty and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, events and retail channels.
• Lead the localisation and activation of regional and general marketing initiatives to




maximise market relevance and commercial impact.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and advocacy through innovative, insight-led
marketing programmes.
• Plan and deliver engaging customer experiences, events and activations for customers,
partners, dealer networks and stakeholders.
• Create and deploy dealer marketing toolkits, campaign assets and best-practice
frameworks.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to
continuously improve ROI and effectiveness.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure investment aligns with business
priorities and growth objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, dealer networks, agencies and key stakeholders to
enhance market performance.
