We are looking for a Technical Manager to join an important Project located in Madrid, Rivas-vaciamadrid.
What are we looking for?
Technical Manager, with aproximately 6 years of experience.
Availability to relocate to a stable project in Madrid, Rivas-vaciamadrid.
Work Schedule: M-T: 9H //F: 5,5H
Requirements:
Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
Extensive experience in complex technological environments, preferably in avionics, defence or aeronautical systems.
Nice to have: Knowledge of avionics systems such as: Navigation, communications, mission, sensors and/or control.
Embedded systems integration.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with motivation, clarity and a results-oriented approach.
Strategic vision, initiative and a focus on technical excellence.
What will your responsibilities be?
Lead a technical team, coordinating key project areas and ensuring excellence throughout all phases of the system lifecycle.




Assign tasks, monitor workload, and support the resolution of technical blockers.
Coordinate the design, development, integration, and validation of avionics systems.
Manage the system lifecycle, from requirements definition through to entry into service.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices for avionics and safety‑critical systems (DO-178, DO-254, ARINC, etc., as applicable).
Act as the technical interface with other departments, customers, and project stakeholders.
