About the Position
We are looking for an HSE Technician to lead and coordinate site activities related to health, safety, and environmental management, reporting directly to the Operations Director and working closely with the OCB site management team.
The role will give management clear visibility of HSE performance, significant risks, incidents, regulatory obligations, and the status of corrective actions.
This is a practical,



site-based role with regular presence in production, utilities, storage and waste-management areas.
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and committed professional who is comfortable working hands-on with operators, supervisors, contractors, and external service providers, while also maintaining the records, monitoring, and regulatory follow-up required for the role.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor and maintain the Prevention Plan in collaboration with the external Health and Safety Service Provider.
Manage occupational risk assessments and ensure preventive and corrective actions are implemented and their effectiveness verified.
Provide regular HSE reporting to OCB site management, promptly escalating significant safety, environmental or regulatory risks and tracking agreed actions through to completion.
Coordinate occupational health surveillance activities.
