Experteer Overview In this role you support the design and analysis of tunnel ventilation and fire safety systems within multidisciplinary teams. You contribute to ventilation modelling, simulations, and technical documentation that inform integrated tunnel and station designs. You’ll work with senior engineers on CFD and 1D ventilation tools to assess safety and performance at scale. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape safer, more efficient infrastructure projects at a global firm. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Develop ventilation models and engineering assessments under supervision • Prepare calculations, ventilation layouts, mechanical drawings, equipment sizing, and specs • Support simulation models for tunnel ventilation and fire scenarios • Develop 1D (SES, IDA Tunnel) and 3D fire/smoke modelling with FDS/PyroSim; assist occupant egress analyses • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated tunnel and station designs • Ensure designs comply with project requirements and standards • Participate in technical meetings, workshops, design reviews • Support space proofing and maintenance studies for TVS components • Contribute to reports,



presentations and engineering documentation Responsabilidades • Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related discipline • Up to 2 years of related experience • Interest in tunnel ventilation, fire life safety engineering, fluid dynamics, and simulation-based design • Familiarity with SES, IDA Tunnel or similar software; FDS/PyroSim desirable • Experience with ANSYS Fluent or equivalent CFD software advantageous • Knowledge of NFPA 130, PIARC, EU Directive 2004/54/EC or similar guidelines advantageous • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, VBA) advantageous • Proficiency in MS Office; basic experience with Revit or CAD desirable • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team; professional English and Spanish required • Willingness to learn new technologies Requisitos principales • medical, dental, vision benefits • life and ADu0026D benefits • disability benefits • paid time off • flexible work options • retirement savings plan
