The People Relations & Compliance (PRC) Lead is responsible for leading general Employee Relations (ER), Labor Relations (LR), and HR Compliance functions. This role owns the strategic direction, governance, and delivery model across all three pillars, ensuring consistent, compliant, and business-aligned practices globally, as a unified, high-impact People Relations & Compliance Center of Excellence (CoE).

The PRC Lead acts as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership on complex people matters, driving resolution of high-risk and high-visibility cases while strengthening compliance frameworks and proactive risk mitigation. This role partners closely with People Leadership teams, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Legal, and business leaders to deliver a scalable, efficient, and future-ready operating model.

As People Relations & Compliance Lead, you will:

Lead Employee Relations, Labor Relations,



and HR Compliance pillars under a single People Relations & Compliance CoE model

Lead PRC transformation and operating model, governance, and RACI across global, regional, and business-aligned teams

Drive standardization of policies, processes, and tools, ensuring global consistency with local flexibility

Lead resolution of complex, high-risk, and senior executive escalation cases, partnering closely with Legal and senior stakeholders

Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and People leaders on people risk, compliance, and organizational decisions

Enable clear ownership between PRC, HRBPs, and stakeholders, reducing duplication and improving delivery effectiveness

Partner across Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure integrated, seamless delivery of people-related initiatives

Build, develop, and coach a high-performing PRC team, strengthening capabilities and future readiness
