This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce based in Spain.
As a Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce, you will lead and scale creator marketing across two women’s health brands.
You will own the end-to-end creator strategy, from acquisition and partnerships through content production, affiliate programs, and performance optimization.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring strong commercial judgment and operational discipline.
You will lead a team, build scalable systems, and develop a high-quality creator community capable of generating valuable content and measurable revenue.
A major focus will be building and scaling a TikTok Shop affiliate program while continuing to optimize an established creator seeding operation.
You will work closely with Paid Media, Creative, Supply, E-commerce, and other teams to turn creator content into meaningful growth assets.




Success will be measured through commercial outcomes, content efficiency, creator performance, and the ability to build a scalable, data-driven creator ecosystem.

Accountabilities
Own the creator strategy across two women’s health brands, balancing an established seeding program with a new TikTok Shop affiliate program.
Define measurable targets across creator outreach, response rates, approvals, content delivery, acquisition costs, content quality, and campaign performance.
Build creator-driven demand that contributes to branded search, Amazon and Shopify sales, paid media performance, and a scalable content library.
Identify and develop the right mix of healthcare professionals, micro-creators, mid-sized creators, and selectively larger influencers based on commercial value.
Monitor competitor activity, creator pricing, platform developments, and emerging social commerce trends to maintain a competitive approach.
