As the Cold Chain Warehouse Manager at JD.com, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cold chain warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective storage and distribution of temperature-sensitive goods.

This role is critical to maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction within our sophisticated logistics network.



Manage daily operations of the cold chain warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of temperature-controlled products. HACCP, GMP) and internal quality standards.

Monitor and maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels within the warehouse using advanced monitoring systems, taking immediate corrective action for any deviations. Oversee inventory management for cold chain products, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing storage utilization. Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure product integrity throughout the cold chain. Collaborate with transportation, procurement, and sales teams to optimize logistics flow and meet delivery deadlines. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning of refrigeration units, forklifts, and other essential machinery. Manage warehouse budget, control costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years specifically in cold chain logistics or temperature-controlled environments. Proven knowledge of cold chain regulations, quality assurance standards (e.g., Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
