Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Travel & Expense (T&E;) Specialist to support the global rollout and ongoing operations of SAP Concur across multiple entities and countries. This role is adecuado for a professional with strong T&E; process knowledge, hands-on Concur experience, and a proven track record in system implementations, transitions, and process standardization initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient expense management operations, supporting user adoption, driving compliance, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Concur Rollout & Transition Support Support the implementation and deployment of SAP Concur across multiple countries and business entities. Participate in project activities, testing, and go-live support. Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from legacy expense systems. Assist in process harmonization and standardization activities during rollout phases.



T&E; Operations & Controls Review and audit employee expense reports in line with company policies.
Investigate exceptions, policy violations, and compliance issues. Support month-end activities, reporting, and reconciliations related to T&E.; Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements. User Support & Training Act as a key point of contact for Concur users, approvers, and finance teams. Deliver end-user training and support adoption of new processes. Maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides. Promote best practices and policy compliance.
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline and automate T&E; processes. Support optimization of approval workflows and expense audit controls. Contribute to reporting and analytics initiatives to enhance decision-making. Support standardization efforts across regions and entities.
