Bachelor's Degree.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaa S).
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience working in Agile environments and Dev Ops practices.
Azure knowledge is highly desirable.
English: Advanced (C1). Hybrid (TCS Madrid).
