Account Manager
Engage in prospecting activities targeting universities, colleges, and educational consortia to understand their educational software needs.
Offer tailored solutions and demonstrate Signpost's services and the Academic Software platform.
Serve as the local contact point for customers, including universities and consortia, addressing inquiries and requests.




Manage technical queries related to the Academic Software platform, online tools, and software solutions accessible via the platform.
Deliver training sessions on topics related to the Academic Software platform.
Handle administrative tasks associated with the tendering process.
