Company Overview: Iroko Iberia is a Real Estate Investment Manager based in Madrid, managing €330M of AUM on behalf of private and institutional investors - hotels, retail, office, and logistics. Having tripled our AUM in the last 18 months, we continue to expand rapidly. We have already built a well-established network of international investors and are now focused on further developing our investor base within Spain, including family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional players.

Position Overview: As Investor Relations Manager, you will work closely with the CEO to grow and diversify Iroko Iberia's investor base, with a primary focus on sourcing new investors in Spain. You will also support and help maintain our existing international investor relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: ● Map, approach, and build relationships with Spanish family offices, HNW individuals and their private banks, insurers, and institutional funds ● Leverage and expand your personal network to generate qualified introductions (private banks, brokers, wealth managers, placement agents) ● Support and help maintain relationships within our existing international investor network ● Represent Iroko Iberia at industry events, conferences, and investor forums ● Prepare and deliver pitch materials, data rooms, and due diligence responses,



in coordination with the CEO and investment team (3 FTEs) ● Manage the investor relationship lifecycle: outreach, qualification, negotiation, closing, and ongoing reporting ● Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective investors ● Legal/compliance on investor onboarding (KYC/AML, subscription documentation)

These missions are not exhaustive; this role requires a strong personal network, relationship-building abilities, and an entrepreneurial drive to help scale Iroko Iberia's investor base.

Qualifications: ● 5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, private banking, placement agency, or institutional sales ● A demonstrable network among Spanish family offices, HNW individuals, private banks, and/or institutional allocators ● Track record of originating investor relationships or raising capital, ideally in real estate or private markets ● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills ● Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal ● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment ● Fixed compensation package complemented by a variable component linked to the amount and source of capital raised ● Opportunities for career advancement and professional development
